How does covering travel expenses work?
We are based out of Dallas, Texas and we are open to traveling anywhere for you! Our local DFW travel expenses are included in all packages. If you are located outside of the DFW area we charge an IRS standard for round-trip mileage which is .67 cents per mile.
If your wedding requires a flight, a flat fee will be added to your package to cover our flight, accommodations, and rental car.
What is your turnaround time?
For sessions, turnaround time is typically 3-4 weeks. For weddings, delivery time is 14-16 weeks.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we can provide our certificate of insurance for your venue upon request.
How far in advance should we book with you?
The sooner the better! Especially if traveling out of state is involved. However, we might be able to shoot your "last minute" day! Just contact us!
Do you offer raw footage?
YES, we do offer raw footage for an additional price. You can also purchase it even after your wedding date as we guarantee storing your raw footage after the delivery of your wedding film.
How do we book our date with you?
A 35% non-refundable retainer and signed contract will reserve your date in our calendar! Fill out our contact form and we will get back to you with all of the info you need.
Are we able to add add-ons after booking?
Yes absolutely! You can book your date with us and then if later on you decide you want an add-on we can adjust that in your package.
